Payment and Refund Policy: Any paid reservations are not refundable, however, you will be credited the amount paid in full to use towards all future transports. When reservations are made on the daily manifests, this blocks others from being able to make reservations during that time and get turned away. When reserving and paying for the time slot, it is yours and is not able to be used by others.
